About Me

IMG_4628.jpeg

Hi there, I'm Oriana and I'm the owner of Working On It.

Introductions are hard, so let's start with two truths and a lie:

  1. I have a yarn addiction

  2. I've been skydiving

  3. I used to have a pet coyote

Have you figured out which one is false? If you said number one, I regret to inform you that you're incorrect. I have more yarn than I know what to do with and probably knit/crochet more than your grandmother. Growing up with undiagnosed ADHD, I found ways to keep my hands busy, so that my mind could focus. At this point, I'm not sure there's a craft I haven't tried. Now what about number two? Winner winner chicken dinner! Unfortunately I haven't crossed skydiving off of my bucket list yet (no thanks to the family who all went without me), but I will someday! So that means number three must be true, right? You got it! Word to the wise, if your child ever says "If I catch it can we keep it?" just say no, trust me. Luna was about three months old when we found her and she was in pretty bad shape. Once we got her home and healthy, she managed to live a long and happy fourteen years and she was the sweetest pet I've ever had. But enough about all that...

I started this company because I believe in the power of helping people. I have always been driven to help others and see them succeed. (I’m sure my middle school classmates would love to share stories about the notebook I used to carry around at recess for “therapy” sessions). That's why I created Working On It, to provide a supportive and positive environment where people can learn the skills they need to succeed.

I offer a range of courses and programs that cater to a variety of needs and interests. Whether you're looking to better your career prospects, improve relationships, or build confidence I’m here for you. So what are you waiting for? Come and join!
